Yoga Nidra
coming soon!
Also known as Yogic Sleep, think ultimate relaxation! Yoga nidra is a portal into your own subconscious, a place of deep rest and relaxation. It is a practice that is done lying down, cocooned by pillows and blankets. Yoga Nidra is accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions. There is nothing for you to do physically, except allow your body to rest. The practice takes you into slower brain waves to enter a healing state at a subconscious and cellular level. Studies show that one hour of yoga nidra is equal to several hours of sleep.
